Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is seeking entry-level engineers to join its Career Development Rotational Program (CDP). The program offers three 12-month assignments—across process engineering, plant operations, and projects—with one assignment in field locations and one at our Allentown, PA Global Headquarters.

Relocation assistance is provided. Graduates in December 2026 through August 2027 with a B.S. or M.S.

Qualifications

• Graduating between December 2026 through August 2027.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Co-ops or internships relevant to engineering are a plus.
• Involvement in campus activities and demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 12-month assignments across process, plant operations, and project engineering.
• Develop engineering and professional skills through mentoring and structured rotations.
