Job summary

Air Products invites entry-level chemical, mechanical, and electrical engineers to apply for its three-year Career Development Rotational Program (CDP). The program comprises three 12-month assignments designed to develop leadership and technical skills with mentoring from experienced engineers and leaders.

Participants may work in process engineering, plant operations, production engineering, and controls, with at least one assignment at the Global Headquarters in Allentown, PA.

Qualifications

  • Graduating December 2026 through August 2027.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • B.S. or M.S. in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Prior co-ops or internships are a plus.
  • Involvement in campus activities and demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Typical rotations include process engineering, plant operations, production engineering, and project engineering.
  • Assignements include controls and start-up engineering.
  • One assignment will be in a field location and one at Air Products' Global Headquarters in Allentown, PA.
  • Relocation assistance is provided.

At Air Products we are committed to developing engineering professionals through our Career Development (Rotational) Program (CDP)

You will have the opportunity to work with experienced engineers and leaders that will provide you with challenging work while mentoring and coaching you to learn and grow.

The CDP is a high visibility rotational program consisting of three, 12-month assignments and are designed for entry-levelchemical, mechanical, and electrical engineers with 0-2 years of work experience.

The goal of the CDP program is to develop the future leaders of the company by giving you the opportunity to develop and deepen your professional and technical skills, experiment with your career interests, and develop your potential.

While in this rotational program, participants can develop their engineering and professional skills as well as get a better understanding of their areas of interest and strengths.

Typical assignments for engineersincludeprocess engineering, plant operations,production engineering, project engineering,controls, and start-up engineering. At least one of the assignments will be based in a field location and one will be in our Global Headquarters in Allentown PA. Relocation assistance is provided.
