Job summary

Air Products is seeking recent graduates to join its Corporate Finance Career (Rotational) Development Program (CDP) in Allentown, PA. This selective program offers three 12-month rotations across finance disciplines and strong mentoring to build future leaders.

You will work with experienced finance colleagues, gain broad exposure to the business, and be encouraged to take the lead in planning and growing your career within Air Products.

Qualifications

• Recent bachelor's graduate or graduating in December 2026 or May/June 2027 with a concentration in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Outstanding undergraduate record with a minimum GPA of 3.2.
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork, analytical, problem-solving skills, and some leadership through projects, clubs, or internships.
• Acts with integrity, passion, and commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a high-visibility rotational program with three 12-month assignments across business-aligned areas, corporate decision support, internal audit, corporate tax, treasury/financial planning, and/or analysis.
• Collaborate with business and functional leaders to develop professional and technical skills.
• Take initiative in planning and developing your career during rotations.
• Rotational assignments are in-person at Air Products' global headquarters in Allentown, PA.
