Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Associate's degree in plumbing trade may substitute for the Bachelor's degree (plumbing only).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 6-month rotational training program across East Territory branches in Wilmington, Fayetteville, and Southern Pines, NC.
• Gain exposure to Operations & Logistics including warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, product flow, shipping, and delivery.
• Engage in Sales & Building Customer Partnerships through customer interactions, account management, and product solutions.
• Learn Purchasing & Supply Chain processes such as vendor relationships, purchasing, and inventory planning.
• Support Marketing & Business Development efforts including customer engagement, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Develop Leadership & Professional skills focusing on communication, teamwork, company culture, and career growth.
• Potentially extend the program by 1-4 months for deeper specialization in Sales Office, Showroom, or Purchasing based on performance.
