Andersen Corporation is seeking a Design Engineer to contribute to product development projects within the RDI New Product Development Team. You will work on design, testing, and development for product lines, providing documentation, technical presentations, and production support.

The role emphasizes collaboration with management, manufacturing, marketing, finance, sales, and regulatory affairs to deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering or similar engineering degree required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and technical writing/presentation skills.
• Experience with design, testing, and PLM in product development.
• Knowledge of lean, quality systems, and cost reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design tasks for new product development and enhancements.
• Prepare technical documentation and presentations, and provide production support.
• Support certification, quality, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with management, manufacturing, marketing, finance, and sales to deliver solutions.
