Job summary

Air Products is launching a Corporate Finance CDP to develop finance professionals through three 12-month assignments at our Allentown headquarters. You will work with experienced colleagues, receive mentoring, and gain broad exposure to finance functions, decision support, audit, tax, treasury and planning.

Recent graduates or those graduating in 2026/2027 in Finance, Accounting or Economics with strong academics and leadership potential are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.2 or higher expected for undergraduates.
• Recent graduate or graduating in Dec 2026 or May/June 2027 in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Demonstrated teamwork, analytical and leadership abilities through projects or roles.
• Integrity, passion and commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities
