Job summary

Choosecolumbusga seeks a Center Support role to assist classroom staff by rotating between rooms to ensure adequate staff-to-child ratios. You will help with meal preparation, service, and delivery, plus cleaning and laundering duties to keep classrooms sanitary.

The position requires a HS diploma or GED, with CDA preferred. Experience with infants to toddlers is valued, and you’ll work on-site with the center team to maintain a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• CDA preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with children birth to three years.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between classrooms to provide breaks for primary staff.
• Support staff to maintain staff-to-child ratios.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meals and snacks.
• Wash, dry and fold clothes/linens for classrooms.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and workstations.
