Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering required.
EIT certification preferred.
No prior engineering experience required; internships or cooperative learning a plus.
Familiar with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required.
Demonstrated adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to learn and contribute across different teams and disciplines.
Analytical approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
