CHA Consulting, Inc. invites you to join the Entry-Level Civil or Electrical Engineer Rotation Program to launch your engineering career with exploration, learning, and growth. You will work on hands-on, impactful projects and receive mentorship to develop leadership skills.

The program rotates across CHA's sectors, offering structured learning and diverse experience for 2026 grads with a Civil or Electrical Engineering degree; EIT is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's in Civil or Electrical Engineering; Aug 2026 or Dec 2026 grads preferred.
• EIT certification preferred.
• No prior engineering experience required; internships or co-ops a plus.
• Familiar with Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Analytical, curious, and able to contribute across teams.
• Strong communication skills and passion for field and office work.

Responsabilidades

• Accelerate growth through hands-on assignments supporting a wide range of engineering projects.
• Rotational cycle across projects with exposure to diverse disciplines and teams across the organization.
• Structured learning, mentorship, and coaching across multiple sectors.
• Contribute to innovative solutions addressing client and community challenges.
• Collaborate with teams and engage in field assignments for design, analysis, and implementation.
