Participants gain exposure to design, analysis, and field work while building technical capabilities and leadership skills for long-term success. Local office locations include Albany, NY; Columbus, OH; Blue Bell, PA; and Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering required; Graduation date of August 2026 or December 2026 is highly preferred.
• EIT certification preferred.
• No prior engineering experience required—internships or cooperative learning a plus.
• Familiar with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required.
• Demonstrated adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to learn and contribute across different teams and disciplines.
• Analytical approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
• Passion for office and field-based work assignments.
