Job summary

DuBois Chemicals seeks Spring 2027 graduates to start full-time employment in June 2027. This on-site program provides about 18 months of three rotations across Product Development, Analytical Laboratory Services, Raw Material Management, and Operations, with off-site rotations possible.

The structured program develops the next generation of technical experts in R&D and Operations. Participants will work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment at our Sharonville, OH headquarters, building

Responsibilities

• Assist with product development and chemistries for assigned application areas.
• Support planning, execution, and documentation of laboratory research projects.
• Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks and handle confidential information.
• Participate in new product development processes and commercialization activities.
• Assist with scale-up activities, production batching observations, and troubleshooting.
