DuBois Chemicals is seeking December 2026 graduates to start full-time in January 2027 as part of the Graduate Chemistry Professional Development Associate Program. This structured, multi-disciplinary early-career path develops technical expertise in R&D and Operations with multiple rotations across key functions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across Product Development, Analytical Laboratory Services, Raw Material Management, and Operations.
• Support planning, execution and documentation of laboratory research projects.
• Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks and proper handling of confidential information.
• Assist with analytical method development and data interpretation.
• Compile and summarize analytical data for internal stakeholders.
