Job summary

DuBois Chemicals seeks Spring 2027 graduates to start full-time employment in June 2027. This on-site program provides about 18 months of three rotations across Product Development, Analytical Laboratory Services, Raw Material Management, and Operations, with off-site rotations possible.

The Graduate Chemistry Professional Development Associate Program is a structured, multi-disciplinary early-career position designed to develop the next generation of technical experts within the Research & Development and Operations organizations. Participants will complete multiple rotational assignments across key functional areas including Product Development, Analytical Laboratory Services, Raw Material Management, and Operations depending on business needs at the time of hire and the desired career path of the participant.
