Job summary

BMO is seeking college graduates for its 16-month Business & Operations Development Program at 320 S Canal Street, Chicago. Participants rotate through five-month assignments to build leadership skills, gain exposure to executive leadership, and develop a broad skill set across banking operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience; post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of retail and business banking environments.
• Desirable: knowledge of software architecture; coding languages SQL, Python, Power BI.
• Strong verbal and written communication; deep collaboration and analytical skills.
• Data-driven decision making with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, implement and execute business initiatives to drive objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze challenges and provide recommendations.
• Create, monitor, and report on key metrics and trends to support strategy.
• Support change management and execution of operational programs.
• Design and maintain reports and dashboards; provide insights for stakeholders.
