Job summary

Dodge & Cox is launching a rotational program for exceptional individuals who want to shape how a leading active asset manager operates. Participants will rotate through various investment and non-investment functions as embedded associates with real ownership of projects and direct mentorship from department heads and senior firm leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record in AI, Math, Economics, Data or Computer Science.
• Ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems and provide actionable recommendations.
• Analytical rigor and data-driven decision making using quantitative tools or frameworks.
• Intellectual curiosity and drive to improve processing and increase efficiency.
• Clear, concise communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong fluency with data analysis tools (Python, SQL, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Map and diagnose end-to-end business processes to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with technology, operations, and business teams to design and pilot solutions.
• Build fluency across departments and share insights to scale improvements.
• Develop reusable frameworks and standardized workflows across teams.
