Responsibilities

Map and diagnose end-to-end business processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation.
Translate findings into recommendations for senior stakeholders and technology-enabled solutions.
Partner with tech, operations, and business teams to design and pilot solutions from concept to adoption.
Build fluency across departments to understand goals, workflows, controls, and metrics.
