Job summary

The Voleon Group is launching an Operations Associate Program in the United States, offering a three-rotation, six-month rotation across Client Service, HR, Fund Finance, Business Strategy, Legal, Compliance, and R&D teams such as Data Strategy and PMO. Associates will engage in high-impact projects and gain direct exposure to senior leadership from day one.

Qualifications

• Outstanding academic record from a rigorous undergraduate program.
• Genuine curiosity about how a quantitative investment firm operates.
• Demonstrated ambition and ownership: you have built, led, or fixed something and can articulate it.
• Critical thinker who notices opportunities for improvement and acts on them.
• Comfort turning ambiguity into structure to evaluate and solve problems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete three six-month rotations across the firm's business functions, including Client Service, HR, Fund Finance, Business Strategy, Legal, Compliance, and R&D teams such as Data Strategy and PMO.
• Take on high-impact project work within each rotation.
• Work directly with senior stakeholders, including getting regular exposure to the executive team on firm priorities.
• Take on responsibilities that grow with demonstrated ability rather than tenure.
• Contribute to the program itself through leadership opportunities, recruiting, and learning and development programming.
