Citi in New York, NY is seeking candidates for its Full-Time Analyst Program within U.S. Consumer Cards. You will rotate across multiple business groups, gaining broad exposure and developing leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Analysts have mentorship, coaching, networking, and an alumni network, with potential AVP-level opportunities upon completion. Eligible grads will graduate between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027 with a GPA of 3.3+ and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student, with GPA 3.3 or above.
• U.S. work authorization required.
• Graduating Dec 2026 – Jun 2027.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotational leadership development program across U.S. Consumer Cards.
• Work with Cards, Marketing, Citi Retail Services, Customer Experience, COO, Analytics & Pricing, Risk, and more.
• Develop leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills through real business challenges.
