PennyMac Corp. is launching a 12‑month rotational analyst program designed to immerse new graduates in diverse finance and analytics tracks. You’ll rotate through departments, build financial models, dashboards, and risk insights while learning AI tools and data platforms.

Graduates with strong quantitative backgrounds will join two 6‑month assignments, culminating in placement in a full‑time role aligned with track needs and business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a quantitative field.
• Graduated before July 12, 2027 or within 18 months of start date.
• GPA 3.3+ for certain tracks; 3.5+ preferred for others.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and data analytics tools.
• Ability to apply structured, data-driven logic to solve problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational program across Finance, Capital Markets, and more.
• Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights and risk models.
• Leverage AI tools and Python/SQL to automate workflows and dashboards.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct research on market trends and regulatory impacts.
• Prepare structured findings and dashboards for leadership.
