Qualifications

  • Strong communication and initiative are essential
  • 1–2 years of summer internship or co-op in engineering desirable
  • Citizenship in the U.S. required; ability to obtain security clearance may be needed
  • Security clearance eligibility information available from government sources

Responsibilities

  • Participate in Williams International's Rotational Engineering Program across multiple disciplines
  • Gain exposure to design, manufacturing, product development and analytical roles
  • Transition after rotation into a regular engineering assignment aligned with skills and company needs
