Job summary

Williams International offers a Rotational Engineering Program for new graduates to explore two to three engineering disciplines in a structured rotation, typically spanning design, manufacturing, product development and analytical roles.

After completing rotations, engineers transition to a regular assignment that fits their skills and interests, with mentorship and opportunities for growth within aerospace engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field
• GPA 3.0 or above preferred
• Strong communication and initiative are essential
• 1–2 years of summer internship or co-op in engineering desirable
• Citizenship in the U.S. required; ability to obtain security clearance may be needed
• Security clearance eligibility information available from government sources

Recent college graduates that enter Williams International’s Rotational Engineering Program can expect to spend one year's time in each of two to three different engineering disciplines developing a comprehensive understanding of the product. The rotation programs are coordinated with each individual engineer and typically include a combination of design, manufacturing, product development and analytical roles. At the end of the rotation, the engineer is placed into a regular engineering assignment that suits the skills/interest of the individual and the needs of the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical, Mechanical, Computer, Electrical, Materials Science, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or similar technical discipline with an interest in gas turbine engine design and development
• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above, preferred
• Candidates should be self-motivated and proactive with excellent communication skills
• One to two years of summer intern or co-op experience in an engineering environment is desirable
• Previous exposure to NX CAD/CAM, Python and ANSYS FEA/CFD is a plus
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Position requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U. S.
