Job summary

Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) through Community Bank, N.A. is hiring a rotating Teller in Vermont. The role supports multiple branch locations within the region, primarily Barre, with travel to Waterbury, St. Johnsbury and Harwick as needed.

You will process routine transactions, maintain cash accuracy, and deliver a welcoming, accurate banking experience. Strong interpersonal skills and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to attend internal teller and product training.
• Willing to travel for initial training; company covers travel.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with verification.
• Provide accurate, friendly service and guide customers to digital tools.
• Balance cash drawer and protect customer information.
• Assist with routine inquiries and guide to specialists as needed.
