Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to complete internal teller and product training.
• Willingness to travel to training locations as required; company covers travel expenses.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, accurate teller service and process routine financial transactions.
• Verify customer identity, process deposits/withdrawals/payments, and cash checks.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Identify opportunities to refer customers to specialists for additional services.
• Assist with lobby management and routing customers to the appropriate team member.
• Answer calls promptly and professionally, handling inquiries per bank standards.
