Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming, professional first contact for customers entering the branch.
• Process routine financial transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing) with identity verification.
• Engage customers to understand transactional needs and explore relevant products or services.
• Direct customers to appropriate team members for more complex needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
