Job summary

Canadian Solar's CS Power Systems unit seeks a Production Shift Supervisor 1 to oversee a manufacturing shift. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across rotating day/night shifts.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, familiarity with Lean TPM or Six Sigma, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office is expected, with a focus on teamwork and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–3 years of experience in a production/shift supervision role.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; able to coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates a production shift.
• Rotating shifts every 3 months (days and nights).
• Monitors daily product and process concerns; troubleshoots issues.
• Ensures safety and training requirements are met; coordinates with departments.
