Job summary

Canadian Solar is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor 1 to supervise and coordinate a production shift, ensuring safety and product quality while driving daily performance against goals. You will lead a rotating shift, support problem solving, and foster teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a supervision role.
• Promote from level I or Leader II.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma.
• Effective communication with all levels of the organization.
• Able to work on continental shift.
• Participate in health, safety, and environmental programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates a production shift.
• Must be ok with rotating shifts every 3 months (days and nights).
• Monitors and responds to daily product and process concerns.
• Assists in troubleshooting technical problems.
• Ensures employees are trained and qualified before operating machinery.
