Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing/mechanical/maintenance position or related education.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing and able to work a rotating 12-hour shift (nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Willing and able to work overtime, including holidays, weekends, and on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and assist adjacent operators to maximize efficiency.
• Produce quality products to customer specification pre-order.
• Maintain accurate production and other administrative records, manage breaks, downtime and inventory accuracy using computer systems.
• Understand and follow all plant and area safety rules and procedures pertaining to the safe operation of the facility.
• Setting up equipment and products for processing.
