Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• REQUIRED SKILLS: Forklift, simple hand tools, clamp truck, yard tractor, banding machine, utility knife, roll pusher.
• PREFERRED SKILLS: Comfort with heights, confined spaces; lifting 50 lbs and carrying 25 lbs.
• Drug screening required after a conditional offer.

Responsabilités

• Participates in the safety program and follows OSHA requirements.
• Maintain general housekeeping around mill.
• Assist with Housekeeping Audit items as directed by area owner.
• Assist with general duties in dry end / wet end; may include use of overhead crane to move rolls, cutting of cores, slabbing rolls and banding slabs to prepare for transport to trailer.
• Use forklift as required to move broke, supplies, etc.
• Keeping supplies stocked in areas throughout Mill.
• Knowledge and understanding of Mill training system, policies, and processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
