Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferred.
• 2–4 years in industrial, mechanical maintenance, or field service.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting with hands-on maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools and mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Experience using hand and power tools in an industrial setting.
• Strong attention to detail and safety orientation.
• Ability to work independently and in teams for complex tasks.
• Physical ability to lift equipment and stand for extended periods.
• Travel for field service work; valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Assist with installation, alignment, dismantling, and movement of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on rotating and fixed equipment.
• Inspect components for wear, damage, and alignment; escalate as needed.
