Job summary

Kinder Morgan CO2 Company is seeking a Rotating Equipment Supervisor for the SACROC CO2 Gas Processing Facilities in Snyder, TX. The role supervises rotating equipment, directs company mechanics and contractors, and ensures safe, reliable plant operations while supporting budget and expansion initiatives.

The position requires leadership, strong communication, and experience with compressor systems, SCADA/IFix, and CMMS tools. On-site work with on-call responsibilities is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with reciprocating compressor systems.
• Knowledge of SCADA and IFix.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting, cost tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in Process Safety Management and maintenance programs.
• Provide technical leadership to rotating equipment team.
• Prepare reliability plans for critical rotating equipment systems.
• Oversee Preventive and Predictive Maintenance and critical repairs.
• Support operations to minimize plant downtime and optimize costs.
• Collaborate with engineering and services teams on safety and expansion initiatives.
• Assist in annual operating budgets and monitor budget performance.
