Job summary

Shell seeks a Rotating Equipment Engineer for its Monaca, PA site. You will provide day-to-day engineering support for pumps, compressors, turbines, and related systems, driving reliability and safety in operations.

With 10+ years in rotating equipment, you will lead troubleshooting, analysis, and repairs, while applying enterprise standards and contributing to capital projects in an Agile delivery team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience with rotating equipment in an industrial setting.
• Deep reliability and troubleshooting experience for rotating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day engineering support for rotating equipment issues.
• Assist with troubleshooting, performance analysis, root cause analysis, and repairs.
• Support MOC activities with technical assessments and documentation.
• Apply enterprise rotating equipment standards and best practices.
• Support capital projects and small improvements.
• Execute assigned rotating equipment tasks within an Agile Pod.
