Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years experience with rotating equipment in industrial environments.
• Strong reliability and troubleshooting experience.
• Foundational understanding of operation, maintenance, and failure mechanisms.
• Experience with structured problem solving and engineering analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide site-based engineering support for rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines and motors.
• Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical delivery within an Agile Pod.
