Qualifications

• Associate degree or CDA in early childhood preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Two years of experience with preschool children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
• Engage with children and stay fully present.
• Assist in preparing materials and daily routines.
• Implement instruction based on curriculum and children’s interests.
• Lead small groups and teach components of the program.
• Document observations and progress with the Lead Teacher.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families and staff.
