Experience in a warehousing or operational environment preferred.
Must pass Operators Test.
Forklift certification required; train if not certified.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP required.
Strong written and verbal communication; coachable and integrity-driven.

Responsibilities

Operate equipment safely per established procedures and instructions.
Monitor processes using logs, trends, and procedure reviews.
Collaborate with Maintenance, Process Engineering, Project Engineering, and R&D teams on improvements.
Assist in safety, health, and environmental compliance; participate in audits and safety meetings.
Maintain housekeeping standards and support on-call coverage as needed.
