Qualifications

• BS in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in a chemical/engineering environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• A. Support production units by actively analyzing existing systems and implementing cost effective process improvements.
• B. Manage capital projects from initial concept idea to final implementation phase with technical expertise on project teams.
• C. Support Compliance & Regulatory Manager by calculations, documentation and initiating projects for regulatory compliance (HAZOP, Validation, etc.).
• D. Provide back-up support to the Process Control Systems Analyst and ensure production areas are easily validated and operable.
• E. Support maintenance by addressing root causes of equipment failures and researching alternative solutions.
