Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated is seeking an Avionics Technician II for the MCAS New River, Jacksonville, NC location. The role requires performing routine aircraft maintenance and quality inspections on avionics and electrical systems to ensure flight readiness.

The position demands at least 5 years of rotary wing aviation experience, prior Collateral Duty Inspector work, and the ability to read engineering drawings. Applicants must be U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years rotary wing aviation experience.
• One year experience as a Collateral Duty Inspector on UH-1/AH-1 or similar aircraft.
• Must be U.S. Citizen and pass a background check; obtain/maintain CAC.
• Must meet government/company licensing/qualification requirements.
• Ability to read/interpret complex engineering drawings and use measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine aircraft maintenance functions.
• Conduct quality inspections of aircraft, components, and systems (avionics, electrical, instruments, armament).
• Provide technical guidance and interpretation of procedures to technicians.
• Complete maintenance documentation using OOMA and required forms.
• Travel may be required.
