Job summary

Clean Harbors is hiring a Facility Trainer for Rotary Kiln Incineration in Kimball, NE. The role focuses on training and mentoring employees, developing site SOPs, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance within the Kimball facility.

Responsibilities include hands-on training, audits, and maintaining training records. A high school diploma or equivalent, plus industrial experience and strong communication are required; valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an industrial atmosphere preferred.
• Proficient with Windows-based computer applications.
• Ability to train/lead others.

Responsibilities

• Train/mentor new and existing employees.
• Create, edit SOPs and Job Hazard Analyses for area of operation.
• Conduct weekly SOP and Lock Out Tag Out audits.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions (new hire practical, gas monitors, equipment) within the facility.
• Maintain training records and reports.
