Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a production team member to set up and operate die-cut and press equipment, ensuring precise setups and quality output. You will inspect dies, secure components, and monitor print quality across runs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates will hold a high school diploma or GED, demonstrate strong teamwork and communication, and show solid math and measurement skills, including tape measure proficiency. Overtime and Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multi-task and keep pace with production while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Mathematical and problem-solving ability; ability to effectively utilize a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Set up press, print, score, and die cut accurately per operating techniques and specs.
• Inspect dies before and after a run and repair as needed before the next run.
• Ensure all bolts for the die cut cylinder are secure.
• Monitor box quality including liner, warp, size, die cut, and print.
• Develop efficiency in all machine areas: pre-feeder, rotary press, bundle breaker, load former.
• Manage ink and color adjustments (pH and viscosity).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
