Job summary

UFP Packaging – Corrugated Division, Las Vegas, NV, seeks experienced Machine Operators and Assistants to run Rotary Die Cutter and/or Flexo Folder Gluer presses. Ideal candidates have corrugated packaging or high‑speed machinery experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st shift with possible overtime and weekends. Pay: $18.00–$31.00 per hour, based on experience. Full‑time onsite role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years operating Flexo Folder Gluers or similar equipment.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and safety practices.
• Familiarity with print registration, die‑cutting, and box styles.
• Ability to read work orders, safety instructions, and manuals.
• Dependability, punctuality and strong work ethic.
• Minimum age 18; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Ensure product quality and conformity to specifications.
• Verify tooling readiness and perform make‑ready tasks.
• Enter production data into the company system accurately.
• Conduct setup verification and required quality checks.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and cleaning.
• Submit maintenance work orders and help ensure equipment is maintained proactively.
• Follow the production schedule and suggest cost/quality improvements.
• Comply with safety, quality and housekeeping standards.
