Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow factory master prints and work instructions.
• Basic math for calculating percentages, measurement, or rate.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and production controls.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain the flexo folder gluer machinery to meet specs.
• Verify print registration, alignments, and glue integrity; monitor quality and waste.
• Document idle time, troubleshoot first-level issues, and assist with changeovers.
