We seek reliable candidates with 1–3 years of experience in corrugated or printing environments, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Flexo Folder Gluers or similar printing equipment.
• Read and follow work orders, safety instructions, and manuals.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a noisy manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Ensure product quality and conformity to specifications.
• Verify tooling readiness and perform makeready tasks.
• Enter production data into the company system.
• Conduct setup verification and quality checks.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and adjustments.
• Submit maintenance work orders and help ensure equipment is maintained proactively.
