Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience operating die cutting equipment in a corrugated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Bobst, Baysek, Apstar, Ward, Martin or similar equipment.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate corrugated die cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform setup, make-ready, and quality inspections.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report to supervision.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping in the work area.
• Adhere to GMPs and Pratt Industries quality procedures.
• Assist with training of junior operators and cross-train on other machines.
