Job summary

The Wellington Agency in Palm Beach, FL seeks a ROTA Nanny/Family Assistant to care for two children aged 4 and 7. The role combines childcare with light housekeeping and family support, on a 1 Week On / 1 Week Off rotation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in ROTA or live-in nanny roles, are warm, organized and discreet, and willing to transport children and perform occasional errands during school hours.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and background check
• History of long term roles and strong references required
• 5+ years of ROTA or full-time live-in nanny experience and be comfortable providing both childcare and family-assistant / house support when children are at school.

Responsibilities

• Providing attentive, age-appropriate care and transportation for the children
• Managing children’s schedules, activities, and appointments, live in with overnight responsibilities
• Children’s laundry and bedding, light cleaning/organizing for the household, errands, and driving
• Preparing healthy meals for the children and some basic meal prep for the family
• Assisting with family-related needs as requested
• Supporting the household and stepping in wherever needed to ensure a seamless day-to-day operation

A warm, private family in Palm Beach is seeking a long term ROTA Nanny/Family Assistant to help care for two school-aged children, ages 4 and 7. The ideal candidate is warm, energetic, discreet, proactive, highly organized, with excellent judgment. A utility player that is comfortable with assistant tasks and light housekeeping.

They will have 5+ years of ROTA or full-time live-in nanny experience and be comfortable providing both childcare and family-assistant / house support when children are at school.
