The role partners with senior leadership to forecast expenditures, optimize resource allocation, and deliver data-driven insights, dashboards, and executive reports that inform recruiting, retention, and performance across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in analytics, finance, or sports operations preferred.
• Ability to present complex analytics to executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop athlete valuation models and KPIs; create dashboards and executive scorecards.
• Evaluate ROI of roster construction and compensation strategies.
• Deliver market intelligence and trend analysis for recruiting and roster management.
• Evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions for roster forecasting and analytics.
• Lead long-term strategic planning for roster expenditures and resource allocation.
