As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.

About The Role

As a Rosewood Receptionist (PRN), you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, employees, and vendors. You will be responsible for answering the main switchboard, routing telephone calls, and greeting visitors and families. You will also assist with coordinating resident transportation and other administrative tasks.
