Job summary

Apex Entertainment Marlborough, MA is hiring a Ropes Course Operator to ensure guests follow safety rules, harness guests, inspect safety equipment, and assist guests throughout their experience. You will monitor age and height requirements, provide friendly guest service, and rotate between attractions as needed.

The ideal candidate is safety-minded, dependable, and able to stand and stay active for extended periods, with weekend availability and CORI clearance.

What You'll Do

• Ensure guests follow all safety rules and attraction guidelines.


• Properly harness guests and inspect safety equipment before use.


• Explain attraction rules and assist guests throughout their experience.


• Monitor the course and ensure guests meet age and height requirements.


• Provide friendly, enthusiastic guest service.


• Rotate between attractions and assist wherever needed.


• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18+ years old.


• Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.


• Comfortable standing and being active for extended periods.


• Safety-minded, dependable, and friendly.


• Able to work days, evenings & weekends.


• Must be able to pass a CORI check.


• Weekend availability is required.
