Western Camps, Inc. is seeking a part-time Ropes Course Lead to facilitate high ropes, low ropes, and adventure programs at Wonder Valley Ranch Resort in the foothills near Sanger, California.

Qualifications

• Level 1 or Level 2 ropes course certification preferred.
• 50–200+ hours of ropes course experience preferred.
• Lead rope course and rescue activities with groups.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Able to work at heights and in dynamic environments.
• Experience with youth, school and corporate groups.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate high ropes and low ropes course elements and team-building activities.
• Lead programmed activities for school, youth, corporate, and adult groups.
• Provide safety briefings and clear instructions before and during activities.
• Monitor safety procedures and equipment; enforce rules and guidelines.
• Inspect ropes course elements and safety gear; report issues.
• Demonstrate rescue procedures and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Deliver professional customer service and guest support.
• Ensure waivers and required documentation are completed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized course area.
• Communicate with guests and staff; follow policies and risk management.
