Western Camps, Inc. is seeking a Ropes Course Lead to facilitate engaging high ropes, low ropes, and challenge course activities at Wonder Valley Ranch Resort in the foothills near Sanger, California.

This part-time, casual role supports school, youth, corporate, and general groups, emphasizing teamwork, leadership, and safe, meaningful outdoor experiences. The ideal candidate has Level 1 or 2 ropes course certification with prior facilitation experience and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Ropes Course Level 1 or 2 preferred.
• Experience with ropes courses, challenge courses, climbing, or outdoor recreation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate high ropes and low ropes elements, challenge courses, team building, and warm-ups.
• Lead programming for school, youth, corporate, and adult groups.
• Provide safety briefings, orientations, and instructions.
