Seven Oaks Recreation is seeking a Rope/Handle Tow Operator for the winter season. The role involves monitoring a rope or handle tow from a lift shack and ensuring guest safety throughout shifts, with immediate stopping and guest assistance as required.

The position requires attentiveness, safety awareness, and the ability to work outdoors in winter conditions. Weekend and holiday availability is a must, with full-time or part-time scheduling options and on-site duties at the mountain.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be dependable, safety-minded, and punctual.
• Able to remain attentive while monitoring guests for extended periods.
• Capable of recognizing potentially unsafe situations and responding quickly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate rope/handle tow from lift shack.
• Immediately stop tow for safety, assist guests as needed.
• Keep tow path and surrounding area clear before restarting.
• Perform safety inspections of tow paths and load/unload areas.
• Report equipment concerns or incidents to management.
