Job summary

Mammoth Mountain is seeking a Seasonal Operations Leader for Woolly's Adventure Summit in Mammoth Lakes, CA. You will supervise tubing park and Mountain Coaster operations, leading a team to deliver a safe, fun, and efficient guest experience.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent guest relations, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced resort environment. Seasonal evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a supervisory or team lead role is required.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to engage guests is essential.
• Proven leadership experience in managing employees and fostering teamwork.
• Ability to resolve guest concerns and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Comfortable coordinating large groups in a friendly, organized manner.
• Experience with maintenance and use of power tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outdoor operations of the tubing park and Mountain Coaster.
• Lead a dedicated team to ensure safety, efficiency, and guest enjoyment.
• Step in for the Operations Manager when needed and handle all operational aspects.
